Excellent product which maintains energy levels for those over 33.
I searched for vitamins in Ireland iShop.ie came up and I found what I wanted and ordered and paid. It was later I discovered that the order was coming from the US and took 3 weeks to get to Ireland and then I had to pay import Tax before I could get delivery. I never want to deal with or hear of iShop again.
